Green lies: ESG corruption on trial’ is the mock trial pending before the “International Bar Association Criminal Court of Toronto” which will take place tomorrow 4 November with the Studio Isolabella among the participants.
The mock trial will simulate the hearing and resolution of a corruption case related to bribery, false documentation and fraud in the ESG issues. Through the contribution of Prosecutors and Judges of the Toronto Court and the participation of IBA members in the roles of prosecution, defence and members of the Jury, the mock will offer a concrete and dynamic perspective on highly topical issues in a realistic contest.
