Born in Novi Ligure on 23 September 1988, Maria Beatrice Lanzavecchia graduated from Bocconi University in Milan.
She joined Studio Isolabella in 2013 and has since handled relevant cases in court and out of court in connection with criminal tax, corporate and financial law and administrative liability of legal entities (Law (D.Lgs.) 231/01), as well as criminal protection of the environment.
Concurrently, she has cultivated her personal interest for issues connected with the criminal liability of medical operators and criminal issues connected with family law and with the protection of weaker individuals, in particular minors and victims of abuse, taking part in relevant trials in these fields too.
She currently handles cases mainly connected with criminal tax, corporate and financial law (primarily assisting foreign clients) as well as negligent professional liability, as well as family law issues.
She is a member of faculty at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School for subjects connected with corporate crime.
